Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice – App Version 2.107.20:
We want to inform you for our upcoming scheduled maintenance activity. This maintenance is rescheduled for November 27th between 1:30 am PST and 3:30 am PST.
During this maintenance period, our technical team will be working diligently to ensure the seamless operation of our Cloud POS Platform. While these improvements are implemented, you may experience temporary unavailability of the platform. If your business operates during these hours, your system will automatically switch to offline mode during the maintenance window.
Action is required from your end for this maintenance. You will need to update your application to FOH App Store version 2.107.20. Please check out this article for instructions on how to update your app: https://help.squirrelsystems.com/s/article/Version-Update-Cloud-POS
This maintenance also includes fixes for known field issues:
- #47045: [BOH] Terminal profiles are not showing the correct terminal version after a device has been updated
- #46948: [FOH] Transaction Report is not displaying the expected values
- #46020: [BOH] Several reports failing to generate
- #47031: Requisitions are reprinting when checks are settled
- #47040: [FOH] Customer created on POS fails to synchronize with cloud
The update will involve updates to the API Service, Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) modules.
