Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice – New App Version:

We want to inform you for our upcoming scheduled maintenance activity. This maintenance is scheduled for January 22nd between 1:30 am PST and 3:30 am PST.

During this maintenance period, our technical team will be working diligently to ensure the seamless operation of our Cloud POS Platform. While these improvements are implemented, you may experience temporary unavailability of the platform. If your business operates during these hours, your system will automatically switch to offline mode during the maintenance window.

Action is required from your end for this maintenance. You will need to update your application to FOH App Store version 2.110.13. Please check out this article for instructions on how to update your app:

The update will involve updates to the API Service, Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) modules.
