We want to inform you of our upcoming scheduled maintenance activity for a Production Database Elastic pool update. This maintenance is scheduled for 13th Mar 2026 between 1:30 am PDT and 3:30 am PDT.
During this maintenance period, our technical team will be working diligently to ensure the seamless operation of our Cloud POS Platform. This activity is part of routine housekeeping to optimise and maintain database performance. There will be no impact on application resources, services, or platform availability during this maintenance window. All systems will continue to operate normally, and no downtime is expected.
